Return and Refund Policy

At Insomnia 3D Creations,LLC , we are committed to providing high-quality 3D printed objects. Given the nature of 3D printing, each item is produced individually and may exhibit minor cosmetic variations that are inherent to the process. Please review our policy carefully.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

We only accept returns or provide replacements/refunds for the following verified issues:

A. Manufacturing Defect - Repair, Replacement, or Full Refund

B. Damaged in Transit - Replacement or Full Refund

C. Wrong Item Received - Exchange for Correct Item

A Manufacturing Defect is a significant fault in the structure or print quality that directly compromises the object's intended function or durability (e.g., a crack, large print failure, or missing piece). Minor layer lines, small surface blemishes, or slight color variations are not considered defects, as these are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process.

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Custom or Personalized Orders: Items designed, modeled, or printed specifically to a customer’s unique specifications (e.g., custom sizes, personalized text, or unique client-provided 3D files) are final sale.
• Used or Altered Items: Any item that shows signs of use, modification, painting, attempted repair, or damage not present upon arrival.
• Digital Products: Downloadable STL files or design services are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or sent.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

To begin the return process, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

1. Contact Us: Email us at john@insomnia3dcreations.com within the 14-day window.
2. Provide Information: Include your Order Number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear, high-resolution photographs demonstrating the defect or damage.
3. Authorization: We will review your claim. If approved, we will issue you an RMA number and provide detailed shipping instructions. Items returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected.

• Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (defect, damage, or wrong item), Insomnia 3D Creations will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
• Other Returns (If Approved): You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Restocking Fee: For returns accepted on a case-by-case basis (not due to our error), a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your total refund amount.

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged shipping box before opening it.
2. Take photos of the damaged product itself.
3. Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at john@insomnia3dcreations.com with the photos so we can file a claim with the carrier and promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
